Comments: They have cinnamon rolls 🔥. Parking can be tough during peak hours as there's a bunch of other businesses nearby. They've got some serious food options, so if you want a meal with your coffee/tea this is a good spot to hangout.

Good access to outlets if you sit on bench seating side. Very relaxed, bright, welcoming, atmosphere. Lots of outdoor seating, and the Wi-Fi works out there, so a great spot to work/study on a warm day.

The Batch House, a cute bakery with a dollhouse aesthetic, is in the same complex. Definitely check it out on your visit here, they have cinnamon rolls!
