Comments: Aesthetic looks straight out of the Barbie movie. Extremely well done, clearly a lot of thought put into it. The owner is a wonderfully kind woman who opened the spot in fulfillment of a lifelong dream. She’s into the science of baking, going through recipe after recipe to get things right. She’s the only baker in Charlotte I’ve seen wait to apply icing to a cinnamon roll until after purchase to ensure it doesn’t dry out. Attention to detail 💯.
