Curator's Comments: The name comes from the building’s history as an old gas station, and with it comes a repurposed industrial aesthetic. Not industrial chic, just straight-up industrial, with everything needed to run a coffee shop, bakery, and ice cream shop all in one. The bakery has cinnamon rolls🔥🙌🏾. And they're of a quality rivaling some of the regions best. It’s a large, generously iced masterpiece with frosting that somehow tastes like vanilla ice cream. I don’t know how they did it, but I’ve never had anything like it. And because of that, it’s just as good cold as it is warm. Ingenious. Bravo to the baker. There’s a moderate amount of indoor seating, but if you can’t snag a spot, there’s lots outside too. On weekends, a pop-up boutique sets up outside, selling clothes and various trinkets.
