Description: A slow moving Monday morning. A fast paced Wednesday lunch break. An easy and pleasant Saturday afternoon. No matter where you are in your week (or your day), you can count on Salted Melon to have exactly what you need, sometimes before you know you need it.

Curator's Comments: Cool spot with similar vibes to Rhino Market, coffee, tea, food, bar, bakery, convenience store, all in one. However, this spot leans into being a proper restaurant as well, having a seated section with wait staff, silverware, etc. Very clean, modern, bright aesthetic. They have cinnamon rolls 🔥💯 and other bakery items that they get from Amelie's. It's South End, so parking is tough. There are free options in the area if you drive around, but the garage attached to this spot is paid, and they don't validate parking. In their defense, South End is meant to be a walkable area. The idea is to take the light rail, walk around, shop, explore. So if you go, take some time to embrace a walkable Charlotte. There's all sorts of spots in this general area.
