Description: Gibson Mill Market is a locally-sourced food hall located on the campus of historic Gibson Mill in Concord, NC.

Curator's Comments: Similar to Optimist Hall, but I like this spot way more. It's two stories with fewer stalls, which makes it feel more intimate and less overwhelming. Parking is plentiful and free, and it has a down-to-earth vibe rather than the trendy "you have to try this omg" TikTok energy Optimist has these days. The market itself is a third place, but within it, you've got Luck Factory Games on the lower level with its own café, board games, bar, and snacks. Then there's Kunu Coffee Co., and if that's not enough, you can walk across the street to Mattie Ruth's Coffee. If you make the drive out here, it's worth it. You can hang out all day, grab food, coffee, or tea, relax for a bit, and if you're into it, grab a drink at High Branch Brewing Co., which is on the lower level. It's busy enough on weekends to have good energy, but it never feels crowded, and I love that. This place is awesome.
