Curator's Comments: Very posh, ritzy, refined aesthetic. Black walls and furniture with gold, white, and gray accents throughout. It’s clearly designed to feel fancy, and the pricing reflects that. This place is unapologetically gourmet. There’s a coffee shop, pastries (including cinnamon rolls 🙏🏾🔥), bar, and market items. They have individually sold chilled Capri Suns, and I respect that. So it’s not entirely pretentious despite being upscale. There’s an upstairs area behind the bar, and that’s where most of the indoor seating is. It’s pretty cozy up there, mostly four-top tables and a few armchairs. The lighting is dim in a way that makes it feel calm and private, great spot to read a book or have a quiet meal away from a crowd. Downstairs, in addition to bar seating, there’s an outdoor patio with nice chairs. Parking is free on weekends, but since they share the garage with other businesses, you might have to pay depending on the day and time. Overall, a very fancy-feeling spot. It’s right next to Steak 48, a classic “we’re taking things to the next level” Charlotte date spot, so maybe swing through here after your next romantic outing.
