Curator's Comments: This used to be the beloved spot Unwind Tea & Coffee before it was bought by Waterbean. The new Waterbean opened in the Fall of 2022, and while it doesn't have the same decor as Unwind, it maintains the respect the former had for tea. They have a shelf with at least 20 tea options in small demo canisters that you can pick up and smell to make your choice. The interior setup makes great use of the space, plenty of spots for individual seating plus a few larger tables for groups. It's always weird sitting at a table meant for four when you're just there to study or work on your laptop alone. You won't have that problem here. Great access to outlets, big windows that let in a lot of light, and a really good sandwich called the Waterbean Special, try it! I'm a regular here, it's one of my favorite spots in the city.
